Hi, I’m Nidhi
While I started my career in the buying offices of Neiman Marcus working with numbers and choosing fabrics, I’ve now spent the majority of my professional life building digital products and sharing ideas through carefully chosen words.
The thread that runs through my whole career has been placing the customer/user/reader at the center of my process — imagining what motivates, troubles, and inspires them — and designing an experience for them that respects those feelings and needs.
Recently, I came across a role called Content Design (thanks, LinkedIn!) and as I read the description of what a Content Designer does, I realized that I’d been doing for years.
